How it works
RouteInspector makes voice calls through your softswitch, records signalling and media flow, analyzes it and inspects it for FAS (False Answer Supervision). After analysis is done, you are presented with a comprehensive test report with all metrics, audio recordings and call details relevant for your routes' quality. Setup is easy - just configure a trunk for RouteInspector at your softswitch and you're ready to go!
FAS fraud detection
By analyzing the signalling and media flow of voice calls, RouteInspector's versatile FAS (False Answer Supervision) detection system is able to detect nearly all FAS scenarios. Timely detection of fraudulent routes protects your business by giving you the opportunity to reroute your traffic before your customers do!
Conversational tests
In conversational tests, the called party is presented a fake human corespondent and is engaged in a simple conversation. This considerably increases your ability to inspect your routes' quality by giving you the opportunity to check if the remote party can hear your outbound audio stream and and to manually determine if the remote party is actually a human or a FAS IVR.
Sharing test reports
You can advertize your good quality routes to your customers via Email, LinkedIn™, Twitter™, Google+™ and many other social networks. If a problem on a route is detected, you may inform your vendor by opening a trouble ticket or by initiating a Skype™ chat with the vendor, all from RouteInspector web interface. It considerably simplifies your day-to-day technical and marketing operations.
